Brilliant, Fen! I think Wordsworth would forgive you, too … although I’m sure that he and all the other great poets past would no doubt turn over in their respective graves if they were to see what the U.K. gov’t has wrought upon that once (truly) green and pleasant land.
Is it me, or do those masts look like filter tipped cigarettes? They’re just as dangerous to your health…
Yes, I thought so too. Government tax gatherers just the same. They won’t be banned.
“Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.”
I never thought of Wordsworth as a prophet before but you’re right Fen’!
😀
…’Winds Worth’
“And dances with the daffymills”.. Love it!
The eyes have it! Ed Davey’s bewildered look of ‘What can I do next, to garner a few more votes?’
twas brillig,
no,
is brillig !
