Tilting at windmills has a revered place in history, those that can bring them low will be remembered kindly.
I’ve just read this mornings paper … can this mean VICTORY?
or must we keep our guard up for a while longer?
It’s ‘interesting…..But unfortunatly not victory.
Oh dear Rocinante, we must continue to toil
A new Battle of Britain, Don Quixote in the air.
I support you in all of your efforts. We in NE Oregon have the same infestation- when I see
the turbines on the hills above the Columba River and the Blue mountains of NE Oregon,
I can’t help but think of Dr. Who and the “Cybermen”-mindlessly marching over hill and dale
with certain fatal flaws….
Here is our local anti-wind group;

Thank you. And good wishes from a small Lincolnshire scent hound to your effort too
Thanks, from this ‘ol NE Oregon Bluetick…
Fen…thanks for the note re windfarm policy. I’m currently reviewing the recommendations for Orkney and cross referencing with the previous doc which is up for public consultation and comments. This closes on 29th Nov, but I will most likely need some advice next week when I have reviewed it properly, much thanks for your offer of assistance.
up date… 250 locals attended the meeting on 27 October … everyone there on a show of hands confirmed they did not want useless industrial turbines towering over their countryside..
the newly formed Marsh Wind Farm Action Group, (MWAG) is now fighting alongside CWAG (Croft), NOWAG, (Gayton le Marsh) WWTAG, (Wainfleet St Mary) OWAG, (Orby) throughout the Coastal Marshes of East Lindsey..
